Diagnostic Kit for detection of porcine parvovirus using haemagglutination inhibition test (HI)

Porcine parvovirus diagnostic kit is designed for detection of parvovirus antigen in internal organs of aborted foetuses or stillborn piglets in haemagglutination test (H) or of specific antibodies in serum samples from sows and new-born piglets in haemagglutination inhibition test (HI).

The test is carried out by a micromethod in polystirol plates.

• specific lyophilized killed antigen active in dilution not lower than 1:128;
• specific lyophilized serum, active in HI in dilution not lower than 1:256;
• negative lyophilized serum;
• 96-well polystirol plates for immunoenzyme assays.

РГА – 2,5-3,5 часа, РТГА – 3,5-4,5 часа (не учитывая время подготовки материалов для исследования).

Реакция гемагглютинации (РГА) основана на склеивании взвешенных в жидкости эритроцитов под воздействием гемагглютинирующих свойств вируса и образования рыхлого осадка в виде зонтика. Сущность РТГА заключается в нейтрализации гемагглютинирующих свойств вируса специфическими антителами, содержащимися в сыворотке крови, в результате чего не происходит склеивания эритроцитов и они оседают на дно, образуя плотный осадок в виде пуговки.

The kit is stored in a dry place at a temperature between 2 and 15°C. Once diluted, the components may be stored frozen for not longer than 1 month. The solutions should not be frozen repeatedly.
