The vaccine is administered percutaneously in the neck region at the dose of 2 cm3 to cows and at the dose of 1 cm3S to calves.
Cows and heifers are vaccinated twice, 4 weeks and 1 week before insemination, and revaccinated 40 to 45 days before calving and 2 to 3 weeks before calving.
Calves are vaccinated at the age of 30 to 40 days twice at an interval of 20 to 25 days.
All other animals aged 4 months and upwards are vaccinated twice via percutaneous route at the dose of 2 cm3 at an interval of 3 to 4 weeks.
