Globfel-4 is administered percutaneously. For the prevention of viral infections, the product is administered at the dose of 1,0 cm3 to animals weighing less than 10 kg and at the dose of 2,0 cm3 to animals weighing more than 10 kg.
Fro therapeutic purposes, Globfel-4 is administered percutaneously at the indicated doses 2 to 4 times at 12- to 24-hour intervals depending on severity.
The product may sometimes cause slight soreness at the site of injection. It is suggested that the product should be used as part of symptomatic treatment, including treatment with antibiotic, probiotic and vitamin products.
The product should be used in accordance with aseptic and antiseptic rules.
A slight temperature rise or allergic reactions may be induced by the administration of the product.
To avoid this, it is recommended that an antihistamine (dimedrol, suprastin, tavegyl, diprazin etc.) be administered to the animals via parenteral route 10 to 15 minutes before administration of Globfel using the standard technique.
