The vaccine against leptospirosis is a safe and highly efficient remedy for specific prophylaxis of leptospirosis caused by leptospirae Canicola, Icterohaemorrhagiae, and Grippotyphosa. Vaccination prevents leptospirosis and leptospiral carrier state in dogs. The vaccine is a colourless liquid containing grayish white precipitate that suspends easily upon shaking.

Each dose of the vaccine contains:
Not less than 3*108 leptospira cells of serogroups Canicola, Icterohaemorrhagiae and Grippotyphosa.

| Indications for use: |
The vaccine is used for prophylactic immunization of clinically healthy puppies and adult dogs.

| Vaccination method: |
The vaccine is administered singly at the age of 1 to 6 months via intramuscular route in the inner thigh at the dose of 0,5 cm3. Small or decorative dogs are injected with 0,3 cm3 of the vaccine and revaccinated after 6 months. Adult animals are vaccinated annually at the dose of 1 cm3. Revaccination dose for decorative dogs is 0,5 cm3. |
| Immunity: |
Immunity develops 14 to 20 days after vaccination and lasts at least 12 months in adult dogs and at least 6 months in dogs vaccinated at the age of 1 to 6 months. |

The vaccine is available in vials (1 cm3/1 dose). |
| Shelf life: |
12 months if kept in a dark dry place at a temperature between 2 and 15oC. |
