Inactivated concentrated emulgated vaccine against Aujezsky's disease (vaccine DAC)

The vaccine is a white cream-like emulsion; it is prepared from a highly active form of the virus grown in a passaged cell culture and contains oily adjuvant.

The vaccine is used for prophylactic immunization of Swine against Aujezsky's disease.

The vaccine is administered singly via intramuscular route to clinically healthy Swine at the following doses:

• adult Swine: 1 cm³;
• piglets 0,5 cm³.

Sows are vaccinated 3 weeks before farrowing, piglets are vaccinated at the age of 45 to 60 days.

Swine are revaccinated every 6 months.

The vaccine should be vigorously shaken and warmed to 35°C before use.

Immunity develops 7 to 10 days after vaccination and lasts 6 months.

The vaccine is available in 100 cm³ vials (100 doses).

18 months if kept in a dark dry place at a temperature between 2 and 8°С.
